You can donate online to the SAFE California Campaign with confidence. We use the services of Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit card payments safely and securely for our donors.
The SAFE California Campaign cannot issue refunds once a gift is made and processed. As a donor, you are responsible for understanding this policy upon donating to the Campaign.
At any time you may cancel recurring contributions by contacting Ana Zamora at firstname.lastname@example.org and providing your name, zip code, and information on the recurring contribution you'd like to cancel.
The SAFE California Campaign is committed to protecting your privacy. While using our website, you do not have to identify yourself or divulge personal information. If you should choose to give us your personal information, you decide the amount of information you provide. This Privacy Statement applies to data collection and usage on www.safecalifornia.org; it does not apply to other websites.

Collection of your Personal Information
When you sign up on www.safecalifornia.org, we may ask for your name, address, telephone number, email address, and other information. We use the information you provide to send you the latest news and updates from the SAFE California Campaign. We work closely with allied organizations and may share some basic contact information with them, and they may contact you.
When you contribute money online: Under California Election law, we are required to make periodic filings that provide the California Fair Political Practices Commission with the following information on each contributor: name, address, amount of contribution, date of contribution, employer and occupation. For more information on the FPPC, visit their website at http://www.fppc.ca.gov/index.php. To make a contribution online, we also ask for your credit card number and its expiration date.
Use of your Personal Information
The SAFE California Campaign through our website, www.safecalifornia.org, collects and uses your personal information to operate www.safecalifornia.org and deliver the services you have requested. These services may include the display of customized content based upon the information www.safecalifornia.org has collected.
